The weather is still not good enough to spend a lot of time in the garden but new signs of Spring appear each day with another plant coming into flower or more shoots appearing above the ground and buds greening shrubs.
This put me in the mood to make miniature plants and I have spent the week working on a collection of cacti and other succulent plants, sculpting from polymer clay and adding painted paper flowers. The bowl garden bowl is one inch diameter and the small pots just half an inch across the top.
